dunno how accurate you want me to be but i basically just put different (already colored) caps on top of each other and erased the parts i didn’t need - or if i wanted a certain shape for the cap i erased, for example, part of itachi’s cap from sasuke’s face to make it look a bit more interesting. the background’s just different textures cropped so the whole graphic is mostly a result of playful use of photoshop.
